ABOUT

Intertwining folk sensibilities with indie-rock nuances and ethereal ambience, Lauren is not just a musician... she’s a sonic storyteller. Lauren found solace in music from a young age as an award winning classical pianist. She draws inspiration from songwriters like Nick Drake, Jenny Lewis, and Elton John and has been on a lifelong journey to distill life's moments into sounds that resonate with the soul.

As a videographer and video editor for some of country music’s biggest names (Dolly Parton, Rascal Flatts, and Thomas Rhett to name a few), Lauren has been in the music sphere for the last decade working alongside artists to help bring their stories to life. Now stepping out as an artist in her own right, her debut EP Chaos Theory co-created with producer/drummer Mark Colbert (Kelly Clarkson, Alanis Morissette), is already generating buzz online and has been streamed nearly 90,000 times. Lauren's first singles, Don't Say You Love Me and Electricity, quickly gained radio airplay. In April 2024, Lauren opened for major label folk-rock artist Jade Bird on her “Open Up the Songbook Tour” in support of her latest release, Burn The Hard Drive.

Lauren's candid songwriting is a testament to the highs and lows of love and loss she’s experienced through trauma, health issues and divorce. Lauren aims to create a space with listeners where resilience is cultivated and vulnerability is celebrated.

While they hadn't been close in school, fate had other plans for them post-college, as they found themselves collaborating and crafting songs together. From the outset, their vision was clear: to delve into the complexities of life's gray areas through their music. With an unwavering commitment to authenticity, they fearlessly tackle challenging topics, infusing each song with a glimmer of hope amidst the darkness of life. All Poets & Heroes weave narratives that are intended to resonate deeply with listeners, reminding them that they are not alone in their struggles. Their music serves as a beacon of light, offering solace and companionship to those navigating life's tumultuous waters. https://www.allpoetsandheroes.com/ The Whiskey Room Live is a seated music venue inside of KINGS BOWLING - FRANKLIN, TN.
